Far Cry 5 has microtransactions which can speed your progress

Ubisoft have confirmed Far Cry 5 will offer microtransactions, and the game’s full campaign will be playable offline.

In a recent interview with Gamespot, Ubisoft executive producer Dan Hay says Far Cry 5 will have microtransactions for single-player, co-op, and head-to-head multiplayer. However, he stressed the game will offer the same content to those who purchase microtransactions as those who don’t, though real-money purchases are on offer for those who wish to speed up their game progress.
