Cyan is celebrating 25 years of Myst with updated versions of the original games

To mark the 25th anniversary of the original Myst, developer Cyan is releasing updated versions of their original groundbreaking puzzle adventure games.

Cyan say they’ve spent the last few years acquiring the rights to their surreal series of point-and-click adventures, and that versions updated for Windows 10 will be available later this year.

“As an indie developer, resources are limited for development, and acquiring rights isn’t always an option,” Cyan say in a statement posted on Myst.com. “But we managed to finally talk to all the right people and departments and put some funding together to try to make it happen.”
