Gwent’s single-player campaign has been delayed to 2018. The Witcher Card Game was originally slated for a 2017 release date, but has been pushed back to accommodate a bigger campaign.

The first story campaign coming to Gwent is Thronebreaker, a 15-hour adventure featuring Meve, a northern ruler who lead a guerilla war against Nilfgaard, whose story didn’t really make it into the main games but was present in the novels.
