Update, February 20: Battlefield 1's Apocalypse DLC is out now.

Battlefield 1’s final DLC pack releases later today. Apocalypse will be available for premium owners, while everyone else will get access in two weeks’ time.

The DLC should be live in all regions and across all platforms - two hours of downtime took place this morning, so now a patch is the only thing standing between you and the Apocalypse.
